Would family and friends please meet to celebrate Tom's life at St Joseph's church, Stanley for a Requiem Mass at 9:45am on Tuesday 10th June 2025, followed by a Committal at Mountsett Crematorium at 11am.
Family flowers only please but donations in lieu are welcome for the Alzheimer's Society.
